在集团统一销售的管理模式下,如何将订单在多个成员企业之间进行分配是钢铁企业集团需要研究的重要问题.为此,在对钢铁企业集团订单分配原则进行归纳总结的基础上,建立了以集团订单排产量最大和集团利润最大为目标的钢铁企业集团订单分配多目标优化模型;同时结合问题的特点,提出了模型求解的算法流程;最后,通过应用实例验证了模型和算法流程的可行性和有效性.
How to allocate orders between multiple member enterprises under the unified management of group sales is an important issue to be studied by the iron and steel enterprise groups.Therefore, based on the summary of the order allocation principle of the iron and steel enterprise groups, A multi-objective optimization model for order allocation of steel conglomerates aiming at maximizing the group order yield and group profit maximization is proposed. At the same time, the algorithm flow of the model solving is proposed according to the characteristics of the problem. Finally, the application examples are given to validate the model and algorithm flow Feasibility and effectiveness.
