许多实验已经证明了过量碘能抑制甲状腺激素的合成。但这种抑制的机理还不十分清楚。本实验采用昆明种小白鼠随机分五组,每组五只。Ⅰ组为对照组,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅵ和Ⅴ组每天分别腹腔注射 kI50μg、100μg、500μg和2000μg、连续注射三天。第三天注射1小时后,将小白鼠颈椎离断,迅速取出甲状腺,用 DAB 改良法做甲状腺过氧化物酶染色。在光学显微镜下观察各组酶反应情况。并用显微分光度测量甲状腺内过氧化
Many experiments have demonstrated that excess iodine can inhibit thyroid hormone synthesis. However, the mechanism of this inhibition is not very clear. In this experiment, Kunming species of mice were randomly divided into five groups with five animals in each group. Group I was the control group. Groups II, III, VI, and V were injected intraperitoneally with kI 50 μg, 100 μg, 500 μg, and 2000 μg each day for three consecutive days. On the third day after injection, the rat’s cervical spine was dissected and the thyroid gland was quickly removed. Thyroid peroxidase staining was performed using the DAB modified method.
