流行性出血热是一种自然疫源性疾病,病理变化较复杂,累及脏器较多,以肾脏受累为多见。本文就我院自1995年5 月至1999年12月,临床疑诊经超声检查诊断又经其他检查证实的26例流行性出血热患者肾脏改变的超声声像图特点报道如下。 资料和方法 26例均为我院门诊及住院患者,男16例,女10例,年龄28~69岁。临床均表现为高热、腰痛、少尿。实验室检查:白细胞总数增高15~30×10~3ml以上,早期以中性增高为主,血小板数降低,有异型血小板出现,病程2日后尿中出现蛋白。超声检查;使用美国产百胜—菲莎超声诊断仪,探头频率3.5MHz。患者取俯卧位、侧卧位,分别行纵向、横向及斜向扫查。观察双肾的形态、大小、内部结构及肾周围情况,并进行测量。同时对26例患者进行了治疗期间接的跟踪检查。

Observation of renal morphology, size, internal structure and the situation around the kidney, and measurement. Twenty-six patients were followed up during the treatment period.
