文章运用数据包络分析法对浙江省制造业企业科技资源配置效率及其影响因素进行了分析,发现其配置效率的平均水平较高,但各行业之间差距较大;在31个制造业大类中,有16个行业的投入产出相对比较合理,有15个行业存在投入冗余或产出不足;全时人员占科技人员比重、引进国外技术和消化吸收经费比重、人员经费占企业内部科技经费支出的比重、机构博士人员占比、税收减免额与科技经费支出的比重,对科技资源配置效率的提高具有显著的促进作用。
The article uses data envelopment analysis to analyze the allocation efficiency of science and technology resources of manufacturing enterprises in Zhejiang Province and its influencing factors, and finds that the average efficiency of the allocation of science and technology resources in Zhejiang Province is high, but there is a big gap between industries.
