目的:检验中药对多抗菌株的抑制效果。方法:利用自行设计的药敏检测盒测定中药对细菌的M IC,本方法具有准确、方便、高效、大通量等优点。结果:药敏检测结果表明所选用的六种中药复方制剂对多重抗药的病原菌均有不同程度的抑制作用,其中双黄连和七清败毒抑菌效果最强,药物浓度为5%时抑制了96.77%的多重抗药菌的生长。结论:不仅清热解毒类中药具有体外抑菌功能,某些健胃补脾类中药也具用一定的体外抑菌功能,为临床细菌疾病的防治和降低因大量使用抗生素造成的细菌多重抗药性提供了解决方向。
Objective: To test the inhibitory effect of Chinese herbs on multi-resistance strains. Methods: The self-designed susceptibility test kit was used to determine the M IC of Chinese medicine against bacteria. This method has the advantages of accuracy, convenience, high efficiency, and high throughput. Results: The results of drug susceptibility testing showed that the selected six Chinese herbal compound preparations had different degrees of inhibitory effect on the multi-resistance pathogens, of which Shuanghuanglian and Qiqingbaidu had the strongest antibacterial effect, and the drug concentration was 5%. 96.77% of multi-drug resistant bacteria grew. Conclusion: Not only heat-clearing and detoxifying Chinese medicines have antibacterial function in vitro, but some Jianwei-spleen-like Chinese medicines also have a certain in vitro antibacterial function, providing prevention and treatment of clinical bacterial diseases and reducing multidrug resistance of bacteria caused by heavy use of antibiotics.
