肾上腺髓性脂肪瘤(myelolipoma)临床较少见,一般无明显症状,常在体检做B超、CT或MRI时发现,术前诊断困难,常以肾上腺或肾脏肿瘤手术治疗.我院1991年1月～2004年1月收治10例经病理确诊的肾上腺髓性脂肪瘤,其中5例术前误诊,现结合文献对其病理误诊情况进行分析.
