路桥过渡段是重载铁路运输的薄弱环节。结合朔黄铁路170号桥附近路桥过渡段特点,开展了轨道支撑刚度及路基K30现场测试,分析了刚度变化特点;结合路桥过渡段有限元模型,分析了扣件刚度、基床表层刚度、填料刚度对线路动力响应的影响。研究结果显示,170号桥西路基上下行线刚度达不到90MPa控制指标要求,桥西侧路基是加强的重点;为减小基床表层动位移和加速度,基床表层刚度应高于150MPa,填料刚度应高于150MPa。
Road and bridge transition section is the weakest link in heavy haul railway transportation. Combining with the transitional section of the bridge between Shuang-Huang Railway and No.70 Bridge, field test of track support stiffness and K30 subgrade are carried out, and the characteristics of stiffness variation are analyzed. Combined with the finite element model of transition section of bridge and bridge, the factors of fastener stiffness, Effect of Stiffness on Dynamic Response of Railway Line. The results show that the stiffness of the upper and lower bridges on the 170th West Bridge subgrade is less than 90MPa, and the subgrade on the west side of the bridge is the key point to be strengthened. In order to reduce the dynamic displacement and acceleration of the subgrade, the surface stiffness of the subgrade should be higher than 150MPa, Filler stiffness should be higher than 150MPa.
