目的探讨非特异性间质性肺炎的临床病理特点。方法回顾性分析2002~2004年我院收治的3例非特异性间质性肺炎(NSIP)的临床表现、影像学及病理特点。结果3例病人(男2例,女1例)均以呼吸困难、胸闷为主要表现;2例胸部CT示两肺磨玻璃状高密度影;1例胸部CT示两肺弥漫性透亮度减低;病理特点:肺间质纤维明显增生,肺泡间隔增厚,间质伴炎性细胞浸润。结论NSIP在临床及病理上有许多特点,不同于特发性肺纤维化(IPF)中的UIP、D IP、AIP等类型。
Objective To investigate the clinicopathological features of nonspecific interstitial pneumonia. Methods The clinical manifestations, imaging features and pathological features of 3 nonspecific interstitial pneumonia (NSIP) patients admitted to our hospital from 2002 to 2004 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Three patients (2 males and 1 females) were mainly characterized by dyspnea and chest tightness. Two cases of chest CT showed two glasses of glassy high density. Two cases of chest CT showed diminished diffuse brightness. Pathological features: significant interstitial lung fibrosis, alveolar septum thickening, interstitial inflammatory cell infiltration. Conclusion There are many clinical and pathological features of NSIP, which are different from the types of UIP, D IP and AIP in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF).
