利用流场仿真软件Fluent对具有复杂流道的纯水大流量三用阀进行了数值模拟,分析其压力和流量变化,并通过模拟单向阀和安全阀的内部流场。验证了其工作可靠性,提高了大流量三用阀对顶板的抗冲击适应性和在煤矿单体液压支柱中的实用性。从而为大流量三用阀的结构设计满足其性能要求提供了坚实的理论基础。
The flow field simulation software Fluent was used to simulate the pure water large flow rate three-way valve with complex runner. The pressure and flow changes were analyzed, and the internal flow field of the one-way valve and safety valve was simulated. The reliability of the work was verified, the impact adaptability of the high flow rate three-way valve to the roof and the practicability in the hydraulic prop of the coal mine were improved. Which provides a solid theoretical basis for the structural design of high flow rate three-way valve to meet its performance requirements.
