在刚欢度新世纪第一个国庆之后,中国散协及时组织召开全国散装水泥宣传工作会议,这对于加强散装水泥宣传工作,促进散装事业发展具有极为重要的意义。我赞赏并感谢国家散装办、散协领导作出的召开这次会议的决策和举措。 在这里,我向与会同志报告一个好消息:我们已经运作了十几年的散装水泥宣传媒体——《散装水泥信息》,经过去年以来的策划和不断申请,已于最近获得国家新闻出版署、国家科技部的批准,正式更名为《散装水泥》。这样的更名,意味着刊物更贴近建材市场,贴近散装企业,贴近散装界的广大群众。这是我们散装水泥宣传工作的又一成绩和进步。

Here I report the good news to the participating comrades: We have been operating for more than a decade in bulk cement media - “bulk cement information”, after planning and continuous application since last year, has recently received the State Press and Publication Administration, Ministry of Science and Technology approval, officially changed its name to “bulk cement.” Such a change of name means that the publication is closer to the building materials market, and is close to the bulk enterprises and the broad masses close to the bulk sector. This is yet another achievement and progress in our bulk cement marketing efforts.
