在研究盾壳霉(Coniothyriumminitans)生态特性中,我们首次发现了该菌可产生抗细菌物质。本试验测定了盾壳霉产生的抗细菌物质对13种(或类型)细菌的抑制作用。并对该物质的热稳定性、酸碱稳定性、纸层析和纸电泳迁移作了研究。结果表明:该物质可抑制多种革兰氏阴性和阳性细菌,尤其对水稻白叶枯病菌(Xanthomonasoryzaepv.oryzae)的抑制作用最好;可耐121℃1h高温处理;在酸性条件下稳定,在pH值大于或等于11的碱性溶液中丧失活性;纸层析和纸电泳分析表明该物质含有2种有效成份,皆为非水溶性物质,其中一种是中性化合物,另一种是弱酸性化合物。
In studying the ecological properties of Coniothyrium minitans, we first found out that the bacteria can produce antibacterial substances. This test determined the inhibitory effect of anti-bacterial substances produced by C. conidia on 13 species (or types) of bacteria. The thermal stability, acid-base stability, paper chromatography and paper electrophoresis migration of the material were studied. The results showed that this material can inhibit a variety of Gram-negative and positive bacteria, especially for Xanthomonas oryzaev.oryzae. It has the highest inhibitory effect at 121 ℃ for 1h, is stable under acidic conditions, alkaline solution with pH value greater than or equal to 11 lost activity; paper chromatography and paper electrophoresis analysis showed that the substance contains two active ingredients, all of which are water-insoluble substances, one of them is a neutral compound and the other is weak Acidic compounds.
