平衡全球整合(global integration,GI)和当地响应(local responsiveness,LR)之间的关系是企业要想取得跨国经营管理成功的重要前提。长期以来,全球整合—当地响应(下称GI-LR)范式在跨国经营管理研究中一直占据着重要的地位,但是,该范式的应用价值在跨国管理实践和新的管理现象研究中并未得到充分的体现。本文从研究主题、成果及设计三个方面对该范式的应用研究进行了回顾和评价,重点分析了现有研究存在的不足及其原因,并对该范式的未来应用研究进行了简要展望。
Balancing the relationship between global integration (GI) and local responsiveness (LR) is an important precondition for enterprises to succeed in transnational management. For a long time, the Global Integration-Local Response (GI-LR) paradigm has always played an important role in the study of transnational management. However, the value of this paradigm has not been found in the study of transnational management practices and new management phenomena Full expression. This article reviews and appraises the applied research of the paradigm from three aspects: research theme, achievement and design. It mainly analyzes the shortcomings and causes of the existing research and gives a brief prospect of the application of the paradigm in the future.
