在对国内外电火花线切割加工的研究现状及发展趋势综述基础上,针对加工工艺参数优化采用理论分析的方法进行研究。分别通过传统的统计分析法和人工神经网络对线切割加工工艺参数进行优化。统计分析法采用正交矩阵法建立了工艺指标与影响因素之间的关系模型,通过约束优化法进行参数优化;采用误差反向传递神经网络的智能方法通过对实验数据的学习来对工艺参数进行优化,结果表明神经网络方法优于传统方法,为进一步实用化奠定了基础。
Based on the review of the research status and development trend of WEDM at home and abroad, the method of theoretical analysis for the optimization of processing parameters is studied. Through the traditional statistical analysis and artificial neural network to optimize the wire cutting process parameters. The statistical analysis method establishes the model of the relationship between the process index and the influencing factors by the orthogonal matrix method, and optimizes the parameters through the constraint optimization method. The intelligent method using the neural network with error feedback transmits the process parameters by learning the experimental data The results show that the neural network method is superior to the traditional method, which lays the foundation for further practical application.
