目的探讨中西医结合治疗泌尿结石的临床疗效。方法中药治疗,方用石苇散加减,煎服,每日一剂,分3次服完;西药治疗,25%硫酸镁注射液20ml加入5%、10%葡萄糖液或0.9%生理盐水静脉点滴。合并感染者,加用抗菌药物,疼痛剧烈者可选用阿托品或杜冷丁滴注。同时肌注黄体酮20mg,每日一次,7天为一疗程。结果本组220例,治愈118例,占53.64%;好转70例,占31.82%;无效32例,占14.55%,总有效率85.46%。结论采用中西医结合的治疗方法,比单纯应用中药、西药的效果明显要好,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating urolithiasis. Method of traditional Chinese medicine treatment, side with Shi Wei San addition and subtraction, decoction daily, a dose of 3 times, Western medicine treatment, 25% magnesium sulfate injection 20ml added 5%, 10% glucose solution or 0.9% saline vein bit. Patients with infection, plus antibacterial drugs, severe pain may choose to use atropine or dolantin infusion. At the same time intramuscular progesterone 20mg, once daily, 7 days for a course of treatment. Results The group of 220 cases, 118 cases were cured, accounting for 53.64%; improvement in 70 cases, accounting for 31.82%; ineffective in 32 cases, accounting for 14.55%, the total effective rate was 85.46%. Conclusion The treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, than the simple application of traditional Chinese medicine, Western medicine was significantly better, it is worth promoting the use of the clinic.
