血站是不以营利为主要目的的公益性事业单位或者机构,其主要职能就是为了提供临床用血, 整个血站的运营核心应该是以安全采供血为中心, 以保证质量为核心. 同时在新常态下类似血站等不以营利为主要目的的事业单位等都需要加强对于组织内部的控制机制的建设, 本文对此进行了探讨.
