在国家标准GB1958《形状和位置公差检测规定》中规定了键槽对称度的检测按照“对称度误差检测方案3-1”进行,该检测方法需要平板、V型架、带指示器等检具。操作也较麻烦,不便于在生产现场进行检测。为此,根据GB1958的检测原理,我们设计了一种简易的键槽对称度检具,较好地解决了键槽对称度检测中存在的上述问题。该检具的结构如图1所示,主要由底座和表架组成。测量力法如图2所示,先选择配合适当的键槽塞片(定位块)装入键槽内,模拟键槽的中心平面,塞片的长度一般为键槽宽度的3~5倍。测量分两步进行。
In the national standard GB1958 “shape and position tolerance test requirements” provides that the detection of keyway symmetry in accordance with “Symmetry error detection program 3-1”, the test method requires flat, V-frame, with indicators and other gages. The operation is also more troublesome, not easy to test in the production site. To this end, according to GB1958 detection principle, we designed a simple keyway symmetry gage, a better solution to the spline symmetry detection of the above problems. The fixture structure shown in Figure 1, mainly by the base and the table frame. Measuring force method shown in Figure 2, the first choice with the appropriate keyway plug (positioning block) into the keyway, analog keyway center plane, the length of the plug is generally 3 to 5 times the width of the keyway. The measurement is done in two steps.
