为了较长期地保存稻麦等农作物品种,一般应用种子干燥贮藏的方法,贮存在种子库和干燥器内。其原理主要是造成一种低温、低湿条件,使种子的呼吸作用尽可能减缓,以延长种子寿命。据国外研究资料,种子含水量在14—4%范围内,含水量每降低1%,种子寿命就能增加1倍;贮藏温度在50—0℃的范围内,温度每降低5℃,种子寿命约延长1倍。我场在实际应用中感到,种子库投资大,设备要求高,干燥器贮种量小,代价昂贵。从生产急需和我场实际出发,我们根据上述干燥原理,从1974年
