截面温度不均匀受约束波纹腹板梁悬链线效应参数分析

利用经试验验证的有限元模型对均匀温度和不均匀温度分布下轴向约束波纹腹板梁的悬链线效应进行了参数分析,选取荷载比、轴向约束刚度比、跨高比及倾角为主要参数,研究了钢梁的跨中挠度、梁端轴力和悬链线弯矩等随温度的变化规律,并给出了火灾下钢梁的临界温度。由于不均匀温度下产生的热弯曲,钢梁在压力阶段的挠度更大而轴力更小。但均匀温度下钢梁的破坏温度比不均匀温度情况时高。钢梁的悬链线温度和破坏温度都随着荷载比的增大而降低。相同荷载比作用下,不同跨高比钢梁的悬链线温度相同,但其破坏温度随跨高比的增大而升高,钢梁的悬链线效应也越明显。 The finite element model was used to test the catenary effect of axially restrained corrugated web beams under uniform temperature and inhomogeneous temperature distribution. The load ratio, axial restrained stiffness ratio, span ratio and inclination angle were calculated as The main parameters of the steel beam are studied, such as the mid-span deflection, the beam-end axial force and the catenary bending moment of the steel beam with temperature. The critical temperature of the steel beam is also given. Steel beams deflect more in the pressure phase and have lower axial forces due to thermal bending at non-uniform temperatures. However, the failure temperature of the steel beam under uniform temperature is higher than that of the non-uniform temperature. Steel catenary catenary temperature and failure temperature decreases with the load ratio increases. Under the same load ratio, the catenary temperature of steel beams with different span ratios is the same, but the destructive temperature increases with the increase of span ratio, and the catenary effect of steel beams becomes more obvious.
