5国家发改委于2012年12月21日发出《关于解除发电用煤临时价格干预措施的通知》。通知提出,根据当前发电用煤供需形势和价格变化情况,决定解除自2012年1月1日起实施的电煤临时价格干预措施。从2013年1月1日起,取消对合同电煤价格涨幅和市场交易电煤最高限价的有关规定,电煤由供需双方自主协商定价。这是我国电煤价格朝市场化迈进的重要一步。
5 National Development and Reform Commission issued “Circular on Interim Measures for Release of Coal for Power Generation” on December 21, 2012. According to the circular, according to the current situation of supply and demand of coal for power generation and changes in prices, it was decided to lift the temporary coal price interim measures implemented from January 1, 2012. Starting from January 1, 2013, the relevant regulations on the price increase of contract coal and the ceiling price of coal on the market will be canceled. Coal and electricity prices will be negotiated independently by both suppliers and purchasers. This is an important step toward the marketization of China’s coal prices.
