采用配筋喷射混凝土的方法对北京虎背口小区3号楼进行加固,根据混凝土强度差异分4种方案进行加固。在加固时将所有被加固的框架柱凿除混凝土保护层,露出原有受力筋及箍筋,对原柱实测混凝土强度低于15.0MPa者,柱断面凿除1/3,然后增设受力筋,最后支模板喷射混凝土。
