目的:探讨具有祛痰活血开窍功效的中药复方脑脉Ⅱ号对急性脑缺血性损伤的保护作用及其机制。方法:采用电镜技术及放射性核素示踪法等技术,从功能与结构方面进行研究。结果:脑脉Ⅱ号能减轻急性脑缺血大鼠大脑皮层组织结构的损伤程度,提高缺血脑组织的SOD、GSH- Px活性,并减少LOP含量,能增加脑组织的3H-脱氧葡萄糖含量。结论:脑脉Ⅱ号能减小缺血对脑细胞的损伤,从而起保护作用,其作用机制可能与对抗自由基攻击和减小能量耗竭等有关。
Objective: To investigate the protective effect and mechanism of Chinese compound compound Nao Mai II on acute cerebral ischemic injury. Methods: Electron microscopy and radionuclide tracer techniques were used to study functional and structural aspects. RESULTS: Naomai II can reduce the degree of cerebral cortex tissue damage in acute cerebral ischemia rats, increase the activity of SOD and GSH-Px in ischemic brain tissue, and reduce the content of LOP, which can increase the 3H-deoxyglucose content in brain tissue. . Conclusion: Naomai II can reduce the damage of brain cells induced by ischemia, and thus play a protective role. Its mechanism may be related to the fight against free radical attacks and reduce energy depletion.
