近年来随着转基因作物的发展,转基因作物的含量受到了相应的限制。针对转基因作物的检测而言,品系特异性PCR能够扩增插入基因和植物基因之间的一段边界序列,已经成为了国际上认可的检测标准。目前能够进行品系特异性检测的转基因作物品系有很多,如Bt11、GT73、MON810和GA21等玉米,以及MON1445、MON531等棉花,但是尚未见有关DAS-59122-7玉米检测的报道。本研究以DAS-59122-7玉米(Zea mays L.)为对象,利用反向PCR技术获得该玉米的侧翼序列,并建立了相关的多重定性
