当前,改革已经进入了深水区,面临的问题更复杂,挑战更尖锐,任务更艰巨,戏曲院团的改革同样如此。党的十八届三中全会对推进文化体制机制创新做出新的重大战略部署,为加快戏曲院团的改革指明了前进方向。戏曲院团改革的深化必须是政府职能转变与院团体制改革的均衡协调的发展,文章指出应当从文化管理体制与院团自身体制改革两个方面,对改革中出现的问题认真思考、研究对策。
At present, the reform has entered the Sham Shui Po area. The problems we face are more complicated, the challenges are sharpened, the tasks are more arduous, and the same is true of the reform of the theater troupes. The Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee has made a major new strategic plan for promoting the innovation of cultural system and mechanism and pointed out the direction for advancing the reform of the theater troupes. The deepening reform of the opera troupes must be the balanced and coordinated development of the transformation of government functions and the reform of the troupe’s administration system. The article points out that we should think carefully about the troubles in the reform from the aspects of the cultural management system and the institutional reform of the troupe .
