当前我职业教育集团化办学运行机制可归纳为校际合作、校企合作、校政合作、学校与中介组织合作等四种常见方式,由于受到各种现实条件的制约和影响,很多职教集团只是形式上的联合,实际运作中相对独立,缺乏有效的制约、协调机制,从而影响集团整体的运作效率。应加强职教集团组织机构和制度建设,明确政府、学校、行业、企业等相关各方在职教集团运作中各自的定位和相应的责、权、利,增强其执行力和灵敏性。
