我国的高职教育在目前虽然在数量与规模上都有了较大的发展,但是因为其管理体制与管理模式等问题并未达到社会所要求的高技能人才培养需要,故此,当前高等职业教育院校所面临的主要问题便是提高教学质量,增强学生能力。想要达到以上理想化目标,选择正确的教学方式是关键,下面,通过对高等职业教育实践教学管理特质的分析,结合实践经验,谈一些粗浅的看法。

In the following, some superficial opinions are given through the analysis of the practical teaching management characteristics of higher vocational education combined with practical experience.
