为探索更好的健康宣教的方式方法。在患者入院后、住院阶段和出院前均进行健康宣教,且患者在入院后和出院前均填写自行设计的《糖尿病认知情况调查表》,比较宣教前后两次调查表的填写情况,评价健康宣教效果。出院前患者对糖尿病的基本知识和自测血糖、注射胰岛素方法等知识的知晓率均较入院前有很大提高,除对糖尿病高危人群和并发症的正确认知率分别为93.4%和94.3%,其他方面达到了96.7%~100%。本次探索改进的健康宣教方式方法有效,提高了患者对糖尿病相关知识的认知率。
Ways and means to explore better health education. Health education was carried out after hospitalization, before hospitalization and before discharge.
