分别于展叶期、新梢生长期、现蕾期、果实成熟期、落叶期取树莓“哈瑞太兹”根际土壤,株龄为2、4、5、7年生,测定过氧化氢酶、脲酶、磷酸酶活性,土壤微生物生物量碳和氮,细菌、真菌、放线菌数量的变化。结果表明:过氧化氢酶、脲酶和磷酸酶的活性、微生物生物量碳和氮、细菌数量均表现为先上升后下降的趋势,过氧化氢酶和脲酶的活性、微生物生物量碳和氮、细菌数量均在现蕾期时达到最大,而磷酸酶活性在成熟期最高;真菌数量表现为下降-上升-下降的趋势,在成熟期达到最高,而放线菌表现为上升-下降-上升趋势,在现蕾期达到最高。
The rhizosphere soil of raspberry “Harretaz” was collected at the leaf-setting stage, the shoot growth stage, the budding stage, the fruit ripening stage and the deciduous stage, respectively.
