目的:研究盐酸氨溴索治疗呼吸系统临床疗效,仅供参考。方法:随机抽取在我院接受治疗的100例呼吸系统疾病患者。分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用静脉盐酸氨溴索治疗,对照组采用常规药物治疗,并对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行对比分析和记录。结果:观察组的临床治疗效果要优于对照组,(P<0.05),有显著的统计学意义。两组患者在用药过程中没有发生特别严重的不良反应和并发症,(P>0.05)。结论:用盐酸氨溴索治疗呼吸系统疾病临床效果十分明显,值得在今后呼吸系统疾病治疗过程中使用和推广。
Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of respiratory system, for reference only. Methods: A total of 100 patients with respiratory diseases who were treated in our hospital were selected randomly. The observation group was divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was treated with intravenous ambroxol hydrochloride. The control group was treated with conventional drugs. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and recorded. Results: The clinical curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P <0.05), which had significant statistical significance. Two groups of patients in the medication process did not occur particularly serious adverse reactions and complications, (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The clinical effect of Ambroxol Hydrochloride in the treatment of respiratory diseases is very obvious. It is worth to be used and popularized in the treatment of respiratory diseases in the future.
