SARS是危机,汶川大地震也是危机。对于国家来说,在处理两次严重危机时采取的不同策略得到了截然不同的效果,危机,有“危”亦有“机”。对于学校来说,道理是一样的。学校在危机管理中也需要转“危”为“机”。本文将通过假设危机案例来分析校园危机管理中如何才能实现转“危”为“机”。
