目的:探讨纤维连接蛋白、内皮素在冠心病猝死患者心肌中的表达情况。方法:选取冠状动脉组织切片标本,在光学显微镜下观察,并结合SmartScape图像分析系统将冠状动脉分为正常血管组、动脉粥样硬化稳定斑块组和不稳定斑块组。采用MaxVision免疫组织化学方法、图像分析技术检测纤维连接蛋白、内皮素在3组对应心肌中的表达情况。结果:纤维连接蛋白、内皮素在3组对应心肌中的表达比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:纤维连接蛋白、内皮素可能成为人冠心病心肌缺血的诊断指标。
Objective: To investigate the expression of fibronectin and endothelin in myocardium of patients with sudden death of coronary heart disease. Methods: The specimens of coronary arteries were selected and observed under a light microscope. The coronary arteries were divided into normal vascular group, stable atherosclerotic plaque group and unstable plaque group by using SmartScape image analysis system. MaxVision immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of fibronectin and endothelin in the three groups of corresponding myocardium by image analysis. Results: The expression of fibronectin and endothelin in the three groups of corresponding myocardium showed statistically significant difference (P <0.01). Conclusion: Fibronectin and endothelin may be the diagnostic indicators of myocardial ischemia in human coronary heart disease.
