目的探讨多孔性三维立体结构生物材料—重组和异种骨(RBX)在运动性前交叉韧带断裂后进行重建过程中的应用效果。方法对15只新西兰白兔实施双侧前交叉韧带重建术,其中一侧移植物两端固定有RBX,另一侧作为对照组,分别于术后2,6和12周取材,进行MicroCT扫描以及组织学染色检测。结果结果显示术后6,12周RBX组腱骨之间组织的BMD数值均高于对照组;组织学则显示术后RBX组较对照组更早,更多的新骨形成。结论RBX可显著提高前交叉韧带重建术后腱骨之间的愈合,较早恢复膝关节功能。
Objective To investigate the application of porous three-dimensional (3D) structured biomaterials - reconstitution and xenogeneic bone (RBX) reconstruction in the process of anterior cruciate ligament rupture. Methods Fifty New Zealand white rabbits underwent bilateral anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. One side of the graft was fixed with RBX on both sides and the other side served as the control group. The rabbits were drawn at 2, 6 and 12 weeks after operation for MicroCT and Histological staining test. Results The results showed that the BMD of tendon bone in RBX group was higher than that in control group at 6 and 12 weeks after operation. Histology showed that the new group of RBX was earlier and more new bone was formed after operation. Conclusion RBX can significantly improve healing of tendon bone after ACL reconstruction and restore early knee function.
