提出脉冲激光修锐青铜结合剂砂轮过程中存在相爆炸现象,分析了相爆炸对激光修锐产生的不利影响,并对相爆炸进行理论研究,为激光修锐青铜金刚石砂轮提供理论指导。开展相关实验,研究相爆炸发生时的激光工艺参数范围,采用高速相机对激光修锐过程的相爆炸进行观测,并采用超景深三维显微系统观察修锐后青铜金刚石砂轮地形地貌与青铜轮表面质量,得出激光修锐青铜结合剂砂轮要避免相爆炸发生,使得磨粒突出结合剂周边有容屑空间。优化相关条件下激光修锐青铜金刚石的工艺参数,并获得较理想的修锐效果。
The phase explosion in pulsed laser repairing of bronze bond grinding wheel was proposed. The adverse effect of phase explosion on laser sharpening was analyzed. The phase explosion was theoretically studied and the theoretical guidance was provided for laser sharpening of bronze diamond grinding wheel. Relevant experiments were carried out to study the range of laser process parameters when the phase explosion occurred. The high-speed camera was used to observe the phase explosion in the laser sharpening process. Under the relevant conditions, the process parameters of laser sharpening bronze diamond are optimized and the ideal sharpening effect is obtained.
