本文系本组于77年1-7月对异型钼制品的压制与烧结进行初步研究的阶段报告,该报告对一种带有台阶的异型烧结钼制品的制造工艺进行了研究。探讨了合理的模压成型方法,解决了压制和烧结开裂的问题,确定了保证产品尺寸精度和提高产品密度的途径,研究了湿氢烧结,发现在烧结升温的某些阶段,以一定湿度的氢气作为烧结保护气氛,可以进一步提高产品的密度,致密度几乎体到99%。
This article reports the preliminary study on the pressing and sintering of shaped molybdenum products from January to July this year. The report describes the manufacturing process of a shaped sintered molybdenum product with steps. The reasonable molding method was discussed, the problems of pressing and sintering cracking were solved, the ways to ensure the product dimensional accuracy and product density were determined, and the wet hydrogen sintering was studied. It was found that at certain stages of sintering temperature increase, As a sintering protective atmosphere, the density of the product can be further increased, with a density of almost 99%.
