水电站梯级建设时,上游梯级电站的河道水力特性受下游梯级水库的影响,特别是在西部峡谷地区,梯级之间河段的河道型水库特性极具特点,同时梯级水流控制措施相互影响,使上游梯级电站施工截流、导流和施工期蓄水等河道水文水力控制因素更加复杂.结合已建、在建和拟建的葛洲坝和三峡、瀑布沟和深溪沟、苗尾和功果桥、白鹤滩和溪洛渡等典型相邻梯级建设实例,分析河道型水库引起的河段水文、水力和泥沙特征变化及其对上游梯级电站施工水流控制的影响规律,给出了工程设计与建设中对深水围堰、深水截流、施工期蓄水与供水等问题的分析方法、应对策略与解决方案.
