文章从理论和实际操作2个方面阐述在两搭接零件型面离空,无法直接实现定位支撑、夹紧无法与定位块贴合状态时,使用磁铁定位央紧装置的固定方式,利用图表、图示等比较直观的方式进行展示。在一定的理论知识的指导下,通过正确的夹具设计方式,正确确定夹紧力的三大要素,能保证央具定位精确、夹紧牢固可靠,满足工艺设计和大批量生产作业的要求。
