作者利用肺间质性病变动物模型进行了数字减影血管造影(DSA)和妥拉苏林实验并与病理对照研究。发现DSA肺动脉造影,肺动脉分支减少、纤细、僵直(P<0.001);妥拉苏林实验肺动脉弹性减低,对药物的反应性下降(P<0.001);病理学检查肺小动脉充血、水肿、炎细胞浸润,轻度纤维结缔组织增生,部分血管管腔狭窄或闭塞。证实了弥漫性肺间质病变早期即可出现肺血管的损害,而早期发现肺血管的损害对于该病的预后判断和治疗非常重要。
The authors used digital subtraction angiography (DSA) and torethulin test in animal model of interstitial lung disease and compared with pathology. DSA pulmonary angiography was found, and pulmonary artery branches were reduced, slender and stiff (P <0.001). Pulmonary arterial elasticity decreased and the reactivity to drugs decreased (P <0.001). The pathological examination of pulmonary arterial hyperemia , Edema, inflammatory cell infiltration, mild fibrosis of connective tissue, partial stenosis or occlusion of blood vessels. Confirmed diffuse interstitial lung disease early pulmonary vascular damage can occur, but early detection of pulmonary vascular damage for the prognosis of the disease and treatment is very important.
