急性坏死性胰腺炎存在着血液流变学指标增高的现象,为了探讨其血液流变学指标增高的原因,本文采用LowShear-30流变测定仪在体外测定了不同浓度的胰舒血管素、糜蛋白酶、磷脂酶A2、胶原酶、促胰酶素和脂肪酶等六种物质对红细胞悬浮液粘弹特性的影响,并与对照组相比较.结果显示这六种物质均能使红细胞悬浮液在低切变串下表现粘度(η0.512)及红细胞聚集指数(A.I.)增高(P<0.005).表明这六种物质均能使红细胞聚集增加.而各种药物间及各浓度组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。
Acute necrotizing pancreatitis exists the phenomenon of hemorheological indicators increased, in order to explore the reasons for the increase of hemorheology, LowShear-30 rheometer was used in vitro to determine the different concentrations of pancreatic thaluronin, The effects of six substances, protease, phospholipase A2, collagenase, pancrease and lipase on the viscoelasticity of erythrocyte suspension were compared with those of the control group. The results showed that these six substances can make red blood cell suspension in low shear line viscosity (η0.512) and red blood cell aggregation index (A.I.) increased (P <0.005). This shows that all six substances can increase the aggregation of red blood cells. There was no significant difference between various drugs and each concentration group (P> 0.05).
