本县是产棉区,有机磷农药中毒发生率较高。现将自1982年以来,有详细记录的120例病人的治疗总结如下。一、一般资料:男性64例,女性56例;年龄最大的72岁,最小12岁,以20～50岁年龄组最高,占80％。中毒方式:皮肤接触和呼吸道吸入中毒82例,有意服36例,误服2例。从中毒到入院时间,均在30分钟到1小时内。本组120例病人均属中度和重度中毒病人,其中并发肺水肿42例,并发脑水肿18例,
