在煤矿建设中,反井钻机是用于钻井的一种设备,其上的刀具是一种镶嵌硬质合金的破岩滚刀。钻机运转时,工况条件较恶劣,滚刀要受到岩石的冲击和磨损。因此,滚刀要有足够高的表面硬度及耐磨损。国内外的一些研究单位和生产厂家,刀壳常采用高镍合金钢、优质合金渗碳钢等,经锻造后加工成形,表面渗碳、热处理后精加工,制造工艺复杂,成本高。苏南煤机厂和北京建井所共同研究采用30 SiMnCrTi铸钢作为基体材料,以铸代锻,工艺性能好,成本大幅度下降,有显著的经济效果。1987年5月通过了部级鉴定。
