木工作用两种C_(18)反相色谱系统测定了36个取代的苯胺甲酰甲基亚氨二乙酸类化合物的logk＇值,考察了不同位置取代的配体的logk＇值与它们的理论疏水性∑π值之间的关系,研究了配体的logk＇值与它的标记物在肝胆和小肠中分布的浓度和关系,并讨论了药物在肝内转移速度的影响因素。
Woodworking The logk ’values of 36 substituted phenylcarbamimidoacetic acids were measured by two C 18 reversed phase chromatographic systems.
