In order to prevent the cutting part of the end mill from impact load, it is best to use elastic anti-vibration connecting elements to eliminate impact kinetic energy. An end mill structure has been developed at the Technopark in Lerovski Institute of Technology (Figure 1). The milling cutter was tested under different cutting specifications and the results show that the life of the carbide insert has been significantly improved.
