用SDS梯度聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析了我国82个栽培大豆品种以及分布我国23个省、市、自治区的127份野生大豆和若干半野生大豆的种子蛋白。栽培大豆种子蛋白各个亚基在品种间没有组成上的差别。和已知亚基分子量的蛋白共同电泳,测定出大豆种子的副大豆球蛋白α′亚基的分子量为83千道尔顿(以下简写为K),α亚基为76k。β亚基为56k;大豆球蛋白A3亚基为45k。A1、A2、A4为38k,A511k,B亚基为22k。用装备有微处理机的双光束薄层扫描仪测定了各亚基的百分数含量,表明各成份的含量随品种而明显变化。 野生大豆种子蛋白的一些亚基有淌度的变异,尤以β亚基的变异最为常见。本文首次报道一例α′亚基的快电泳变异,在5M脲素存在下却显示A4慢电泳表型。在加脲素的SDS电泳中,A1 A2区域表现出单带和双带的不同,还没有观察到B亚基的变异。

This paper reports for the first time a case of α ’subunit fast electrophoresis variation in the presence of 5M urea A4 electrophoresis showed the phenotype. In SDS-PAGE with urea addition, the A1 A2 region showed single band and double band differences, and no variation in the B subunit was observed.
