观察了96例不同组织类型实体瘤,经重量法评价系统评价,78例R值≥1,可评价率为81.3%;无可评价比18/96(R值<1)。光镜观察发现,部分接种瘤块瘤细胞保存不理想;进一步的研究结果表明,未经药物处理的植入瘤块重量变化与病理组织学观察中的瘤细胞保存欠佳的分析结果很不一致,统计学显示高度差异性;接种癌块靠近肾实质一侧有数量不等的宿主炎细胞浸润,但程度较轻,经相关统计分析,宿主炎细胞浸润与植入瘤块的重量变化无相关关系(P>0.05)。被接种瘤块取材是否均质,实验结果的影响显著不同。文中对不同肿瘤类型在以上实验基础上与药物作用的反应进行了分析讨论。
Observed 96 cases of solid tumors of different tissue types, gravimetric evaluation system evaluation, 78 cases of R value ≥ 1, the evaluable rate was 81.3%; no evaluable ratio of 18/96 (R value <1). Light microscopic observations revealed that some of the inoculated tumors had unsatisfactory preservation of the tumor cells; further study results showed that the weight changes of implanted tumor blocks without drug treatment were inconsistent with the poorly preserved tumor cell histological observations. Statistics showed a high degree of difference; inoculation of tumor cells adjacent to the renal parenchyma has a variable number of host inflammatory cell infiltration, but to a lesser extent, the relevant statistical analysis, the host inflammatory cell infiltration and implanted tumor mass weight changes have no correlation (P>0.05). Whether or not the tumors were inoculated was homogenous, and the effects of the experimental results were significantly different. In this paper, the response of different tumor types on the basis of the above experiments and drug interactions were analyzed and discussed.
