目的分析产妇剖宫产率上升的形成因素,寻求降低剖宫产率的方法和对策。方法以查阅产妇围产期保健册、统计资料和个别访谈的形式调查了宁波市海曙区南门街道辖区2008年至2012年共2086例的产妇。结果辖区内产妇剖宫产率由2008年的55.2%增到2012年的70.2%,高于北京市20%。产妇认识上的误区,对剖宫产的副面作用认识不足、对宫缩疼痛的害怕而盲目要求手术以及医疗机构的利益驱动、医师为避免医疗纠纷放宽手术指征等原因而引发产妇对剖宫产的要求已成为剖宫产率上升的最重要原因。结论要加强对孕妇的健康教育,加大对医疗机构剖宫产率的控制力度,严格掌握剖宫产手术指征。
Objective To analyze the factors that lead to the rise of cesarean section rate and to find ways and strategies to reduce the rate of cesarean section. Methods A total of 2086 maternal women from 2008 to 2012 were surveyed in the area of Nanmen street, Haishu District, Ningbo City by referring to the maternal perinatal care book, statistical data and individual interviews. Results The number of cesarean sections in the area increased from 55.2% in 2008 to 70.2% in 2012, up from 20% in Beijing. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the health education for pregnant women, increase the control over cesarean section rate in medical institutions, and strictly control the indications for cesarean section.
