为考察以间歇精馏法富集C9芳烃混合物中的均三甲苯的适宜工艺条件,借助三对角矩阵法,建立间歇精馏模型对该过程进行了计算机模拟。以少量实验验证计算机模拟的可靠性,所得结果与预测值符合较好,表明计算机模拟方法可用于c。芳烃间歇精馏分离过程分析。利用此模拟方法分析了操作条件的变化对于间歇精馏分离情况的影响,并优选出最佳工艺条件。
In order to investigate the suitable process conditions for batchwise enrichment of mesitylene in C9 aromatics mixture, a batch distillation model was established by tridiagonal matrix method to simulate the process. A small number of experiments to verify the reliability of computer simulation, the results obtained and predicted values in good agreement, indicating that computer simulation methods can be used c. Analysis of Aromatics Batch Distillation and Separation Process. The influence of the change of operating conditions on the separation and separation of batch distillation was analyzed by this simulation method and the optimum process conditions were optimized.
