技术风险是航天型号研制过程中最重要的风险之一,风险辨识和控制则是确保技术风险受控的重点工作。本文利用风险管理的理论方法,结合航天项目风险管理的独特性,以技术风险为主线,提出了由关键技术风险、设计质量风险、产品质量风险和操作质量风险组成的技术风险体系,建立了技术风险管理工作流程,并重点总结梳理了行之有效的技术风险辨识和控制方法,旨在为加强航天型号研制技术风险的全面管理提供借鉴和参考。
