随着改革的不断深入，投资运行机制已经朝市场化方向转变，顺应这一趋势，省级地方政府投资调控也面临着新的抉择。作者认为，组建国有资产经营公司，是加强和改善政府投资调控的有效途径。
With the continuous deepening of reform, the investment operation mechanism has been transformed in the direction of marketization. Complying with this trend, provincial government investment regulation and control are also facing new choices. The author believes that the formation of state-owned asset management companies is an effective way to strengthen and improve the regulation and control of government investment.
