2000年,大同煤矿集团晋华宫矿只利用节日期间简单慰问的服务模式正式退出历史舞台。在之后的12年时间里,全矿上下齐心打造帮扶工程,以矿党政联合信访接待、定点入户走访、日常和重大节日慰问的帮扶工作机制走向成熟,以扶贫基金会、共产党员“爱心超市”服务站、“金秋阳光助学”基金会为主体的帮扶网络渐趋完善,职工家属的满意度年年增高,幸福指数节节攀升。据矿工会的资料显示:在全矿8000名职工及家属中,离退休职工、工病亡职工遗属、重特大病
