冠×,男,20岁,1994年6月9日因左眼外伤感染性服内炎收入院.患者於1994年6月6日左眼被钢丝扎伤,即感左眼视物模糊.第2日左眼疼痛、畏光、流泪、视物模糊加重.来我院就诊,检查:视力右眼1.0,左眼数指/10cm,指测眼压左T_(n-l).右眼睑水肿明显,眼球混合充血(+++),角膜9点位2mm线状全层灰白色浑浊.前房积脓2mm,瞳孔4mm大,可见膜样渗出物.虹膜后粘连,玻璃体呈黄白色浑浊眼底黄色反光.入院后急诊行左眼晶状体、玻璃体切除加巩膜环扎术.术中见视网膜水肿色灰,其表
