一、前言伤寒论是祖国医学最早一部辨証论治的經典著作,后世中医有的因为它流传很久版本很多,文字簡古,难免传訛,读起来感到很多困难,每遇不易理解的地方,便归罪于晋代王叔和的窜解。有的则尊經太过,认为语言皆法,能治万病,甚至如治阴阳易的烧禅散一方,也很少人提出怀疑。其实仲师在自序里曾经提到“虽未能尽愈诸病,庶可以見病知源,若能寻余所集,思过半矣”。簡短的几句話,倒不失为整个伤寒论作出了公允而概括的評价。因为仲师掌握了辨证论治的基本规律,叙证详细,鑑别严格,方剂虽然不多,果然了解大法,即可灵活运用。至于简古窜乱的问题,只要我们掌握读伤寒论的方法,研究当时的文法,编排的体例,并将各条文前后参合,互相贯通,是不难找出头绪的。为了便于讨论,特将论中有关于小柴胡方证的內容,加以分析,即可了解一斑。

Because the secondary division has mastered the basic laws of syndrome differentiation and treatment, detailed narration, and strict identification. Although there are not many prescriptions, they can understand Dafa and can be used flexibly. As for the problem of Jane’s confusion, as long as we master the methods of reading typhoid fever, study the grammar and composition of the literary system at that time, and integrate the various articles before and after each other, it is not difficult to find out the clues. For the sake of discussion, the contents of the Xiaochaihu prescription can be found in the special treatise and analyzed.
